Le "Best Practices" per i Social Media

Di seguito le regole che lo staff di Legione utilizza per gli account Facebook, Instagram e Twitter. Il rispetto di queste regole è fortemente raccomandato per i canali ufficiali di tutte le Garrison, Outposts, Detachment e Squad.

Regole per le foto e le immagini:

· Non puntare i blaster contro le persone o contro la fotocamera
· Nessuna foto tipo esecuzione o pose allusive
· Niente alcol nella foto
· Niente loghi o riferimenti a campagne di raccolta fondi
· Niente neonati o bambini in braccio mentre si è in costume
· Niente promozione di nessun altro brand o azienda
· Niente loghi di altri brand nello sfondo delle foto
· Niente foto combinate Star Wars/non Disney
· Le foto dovrebbero concentrarsi su costumi approvati e conformi ai CRL 501st Legion (non Rebel Legion/Mando Mercs/membri non approvati/altre persone in costume)
· Niente promozione di marchi terzi ai tavoli di fiere/eventi
· Niente patch non autorizzate in evidenza
· Niente foto che coinvolgano giocattoli/merchandise vario
· Eventuali watermark del fotografo devono essere discreti e non devono penalizzare il costume
· Eventuali watermark di Garrison/Squad devono essere discreti e non penalizzare il costume
· Niente foto nell'area delle esibizioni di eventuali concerti dal vivo, tassativamente niente foto di membri sul palco


Regole per il contenuto dei post:

· Niente parole volgari
· Niente informazioni riguardanti le run di merch di Legione o Squad
· Niente rumors o notizie da siti internet o Facebook o altri social finché non vengono confermate direttamente da LFL
· Non è consentito taggare gli account social di fotografi, aziende o altre attività
· Non rappresentare i personaggi nelle interviste ai media (noi abbiamo il costume, NON SIAMO i personaggi)

The PR, "Best Practices" for Social Media
These are the Social Media Best Practices that the 501st Legion Facebook, Instagram, and Twitter accounts follow. These practices are set by the LPROs in regards to what is presented on the Legion-level social media platforms. They are highly recommended to be adopted by Garrisons and Detachments.

-No pointing blasters at people or the camera
-No execution/suggestive poses
-No alcohol in photo
-No vulgar or cuss words in posts
-No GoFundMe's (or similar)
-No holding babies or children in costume
-No brand promotion
-No background company logos
-No Star Wars/non-Disney combination photos
-Pictures should focus on approved 501st CRL-compliant costumes (not RL/MMCC/unapproved members/random costumer)
-No promotion of businesses at events/convention tables
-No portraying the character in media interviews (we are costumers, NOT the characters)
-No unsanctioned patches on display
-No pictures involving toys/merchandise
-No information regarding Legion/Unit/Detachment merchandise runs
-No rumors or non-LFL News from random sites on the internet/Facebook (such as WeGotThisCovered) until LFL confirms the information
-Photographer watermarks should be unobtrusive and should not detract from the costume/costumer
-No tagging social media accounts of photographers, businesses, or public member accounts
-Garrison/Squad/Detachment watermarks should be unobtrusive and not detract from the costume/costumer.
-As we have been repeatedly asked by LFL to not to appear in the performance area of any ticketed concerts, do not post photos featuring members on stage on an official 501st Legion social media page.
